Teresa lives in Dallas with her husband, two kids, and an active calendar full of dance competitions, basketball games, and creative styling projects. Originally from Chicago, she brings a little Midwest grit and humor to everything she does. Whether she’s working with women, men, or kids, her goal is always the same: to help people feel like the best version of themselves.
